Della One is the official website and creator workflow service available at https://della1.com/. Della One helps creators organize short-form video drafts, captions, account authorization status, and creator-approved publishing workflows.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, contact details, support requests, project information, video draft metadata, captions, hashtags, privacy selections, publishing preferences, and content workflow status that a creator chooses to provide.

If a creator connects a TikTok account, Della One may receive TikTok authorization data, access tokens, refresh tokens, open_id, display name, avatar, account connection status, upload status, publish status, and other data allowed by the TikTok scopes the creator authorizes, such as user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish.

If a creator uses publishing features, we may process creator-selected video files, captions, AI-generated content disclosure choices, privacy settings, and related publishing logs needed to upload drafts, direct post creator-approved videos, or check publishing status.

We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, timestamps, error logs, security logs, and usage events needed to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Della One creator workflow features, authenticate connected accounts, show TikTok connection status, prepare creator-selected videos and captions, submit creator-approved publishing actions, check publishing status, troubleshoot errors, maintain service security, respond to support requests, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

Della One does not publish to a creator's TikTok account unless the creator has authorized access and started or approved the publishing action within the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate, host, secure, analyze, or support Della One; with TikTok or another third-party platform when a creator requests or authorizes a connected account action; or when required by law, regulation, legal process, security, or platform compliance obligations.

TikTok Data

Della One uses TikTok data only to provide creator-authorized TikTok workflows. TikTok account identifiers and tokens are used to connect the creator's account, upload creator-selected videos, direct post creator-approved videos when approved by TikTok, and check publishing status. Della One does not sell TikTok data, use TikTok data for unrelated advertising, or transfer TikTok data except as needed to operate the authorized workflow or comply with law.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, dispute resolution, audit, or platform compliance reasons. OAuth tokens and connected account data are removed or deactivated when no longer needed or when a creator requests disconnection, subject to legitimate retention needs.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Creator Choices

Creators may request access, correction, deletion, export, or disconnection of their information by contacting us. Creators may also revoke TikTok access through TikTok's account and authorization settings. Some data may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, audit, or operational reasons.

International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Della One or its service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect information according to this policy regardless of where it is processed.

Children

Della One is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Creators must also comply with TikTok's age, account, and platform requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
