Della One is the official website and creator workflow service available at https://della1.com/. Della One helps creators organize short-form video drafts, captions, account authorization status, and creator-approved publishing workflows.

Use of the Service

Creators may use Della One to organize content workflows, manage drafts, prepare captions, connect authorized accounts, upload drafts, direct post creator-approved videos where supported, and check publishing status. You are responsible for all content, account activity, platform permissions, and publishing choices connected to your use of the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You may use Della One only if you can lawfully agree to these terms and comply with the rules of any connected platform. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You must only connect TikTok or other third-party accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

TikTok Authorization and Publishing

Della One may use TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API when a creator authorizes access. Della One may request scopes such as user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish to identify a connected TikTok account, upload creator-selected videos to drafts, direct post creator-approved videos, and check publishing status. Della One will not intentionally publish content to a creator's TikTok account unless the creator has authorized access and started or approved the publishing action.

Platform Compliance

You must comply with the rules, developer policies, community guidelines, and terms of any third-party platform you connect or use with Della One.

No Platform Affiliation

Della One is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or any other third-party platform. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your videos, captions, images, audio, metadata, AI-generated content disclosures, and other materials are lawful, accurate, not misleading, and that you have all rights and permissions needed to use, upload, and publish them.

Account Access

If the service supports account authorization, you may disconnect access according to the platform's authorization settings or by contacting us. Disconnection may limit or disable connected account features.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Della One to spam, mislead users, impersonate others, violate platform rules, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful or unlawful content, abuse APIs, scrape or harvest data, attempt to bypass security or access controls, or interfere with the service.

Service Providers and Third-Party Platforms

Della One may rely on hosting providers, analytics providers, security tools, and third-party platform APIs to operate the service. Third-party platforms, including TikTok, are governed by their own terms and policies. Della One does not control third-party platform review decisions, availability, rate limits, account restrictions, or publishing outcomes.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, platform requirements, or product reasons.

Intellectual Property

Della One and its website, branding, design, and service materials are owned by Della One or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide, but you grant Della One the limited permission needed to host, process, display, upload, publish, and transmit that content only to provide the requested service features.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Della One will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
